Nabil Canaan

Nabil Canaan is the co-founder of STATION arts platform, director of its cultural center in Beirut and the producer of its international projects amongst many other things. Station programs contemporary visual and live arts from SWANA, with a curatorial focus on social practice projects. From the first Pride events in the region to landmark art shows like Yalla Dada and In Medias Res, Station seeks to inspire critical thinking and civic engagement through its cultural happenings. Disruptive and inclusive, over the years Station has evolved into one of the primary destinations for progressive cultural experiences in and from the SWANA region.
